Appellant was convicted of manslaughter, the jury assessing his punishment at three years confinement in the penitentiary.,

Several months prior to the homicide appellant lived with and worked for deceased. About two weeks prior to the killing they had a “falling out,” growing out of the fact that appellant refused to sharpen a hoe used by the daughter of deceased.
