The Williams-Miller Mercantile .Company filed its eom- plaint before tlie Corporation Commission, in which it alleged in substance that it had been engaged án general merchandise at Chris; ie, Okla., for a number of years, and in connection therewith have bought and sold lumber, crossties, and cordwood; that it has been paying for a lease for some four or five years oil a part of the Frisco Railway Company's right of way of $12 a year for a space of 100 leet loing and SO feist deep; that its lease will expire August 27, 1924, and that it has been notified by the railway…
