Linda K. Muhlhausen1 (“Appellant”) appeals a judgment confirming an “Award” (“Arbitration Award”) in favor of CACV of Colorado, LLC (“Respondent”), for the sum of $12,526.44, for William N. Muhl-hausen’s credit card debt with MNBA America Bank (“MNBA”). We affirm the judgment of the trial court.

Respondent purchased an account from MNBA and is the assigned owner of Appellant’s credit card debt. Respondent subsequently filed a claim with the National Arbitration Forum (“NAF”).
