Employer and Insurer appeal a decision by the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission affirming and incorporating an award issued by the Division of Workers’ Compensation Administrative Law Judge (ALJ). The employee (Claimant) also made a claim against the Treasurer of the State of Missouri as custodian of the Second Injury Fund.
