(after stating the facts). On the former appeal the only question decided by this court w-as that the order of the probate court directing a sale of the lands and the sale thereunder were void for want of sufficient description to designate any land. The petition for the sale containing such imperfect description gave the court no jurisdiction of the subject-matter, and the consequent order of sale and sale were void, and the new order attempting to correct the description was likewise void.
