In this appeal \ye are asked to construe an insurance policy issued by defendant-ap-pellee Bellefonte Insurance Co. (“Belle-fonte”) to plaintiffs-appellants Colbert County Hospital Board (“Board”), doing business as Helen Keller Memorial Hospital (“Hospital”).
