Phill Oliver, plaintiff in error, hereinafter called defendant, was indicted for burglary and receiving and concealing stolen property, was tried jointly with others involved in the same incident and was found guilty of receiving and concealing stolen property; his punishment was fixed at 11 months and 29 days in the County Workhouse.
