NEARN, Judge.
This is an automobile collision case. The parties will be referred to in this Opinion as they appeared in the trial Court; that is, plaintiff and defendant or by their respective names. The collision occurred in Dyer County near the crest of the hill on a narrow rural road. The jury found for the defendant, Travis Lewis. The plaintiff, Opplin Allen, has appealed.
