In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendant Sverdrup & Parcel Consultants, Inc., appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Mastro, J.), dated May 26, 2000, which denied its motion to dismiss the complaint and all cross claims insofar as asserted against it on the grounds that the complaint failed to state a cause of action and that the action was barred by the Statute of Limitations.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, the motion is granted, and the complaint and all cross claims are dismissed insofar as asserted against Sverdrup & Parcel…
