WYCHE, Chief Judge.

In this case the United States seeks judgment to enjoin the defendant J. E, Winn *173from continuing his occupancy or use of a certain tract of land in Edgefield County, South Carolina, and from further trespass upon the same and to require him to vacate the said premises forthwith.
