MEMORANDUM DECISION
CHIN, District Judge.
In this patent infringement case, defendants move to dismiss the complaint or to transfer the action pursuant to Fedei-al Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(3) for improper venue. For the reasons stated below, the motion is granted and the complaint is dismissed without prejudice to refiling in any district where venue would be proper.
