LIPEZ, Circuit Judge.

These consolidated appeals arise from an indictment alleging that the appellants, along with over seventy other co-defendants, participated in an extensive drug smuggling and distribution network in southwest Puerto Rico from 1994 to 1997. The appellants were all convicted at trial and sentenced to lengthy prison terms. They make various assignments of error with regard to the jury charge, a post-trial denial of a motion for a new trial on Brady grounds, and sentencing.
