Respondent Howard V. Wills brought this action 'to recover compensation under the Workmen’s Compensation Act for injuries sustained by him on February 26, 1945, while employed by appellant Terminal Railroad Association of St. Louis. Appellant challenges the jurisdiction of the Missouri Workmen’s Compensation Commission on the ground that respondent’s rights were,governed exclusively by the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, rather than by the Missouri Workmen’s Compensation Act.
