Before the Court is American Alternative Insurance Corporation’s (“AAIC”) motion to intervene. (Docket Entry No. 19). AAIC *104seeks to intervene as defendants on behalf of themselves and join the current defendants: Javier Restrepo, JD Auto Transport, John Does 1-10 and ABC Corp. 1-10 (collectively “Defendants”).
