FRIEDMAN, Judge.

Helen Stiner (Claimant), widow of Elmer J. Stiner (Decedent), appeals from an order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming a referee’s1 dismissal of Claimant’s fatal claim petition. We affirm.

Decedent received benefits during his lifetime for disability due to coal-worker’s pneumoconiosis.
