Before the court is the appeal of Frank B. Lyszaz from an order of the Secretary of Revenue suspending his motor vehicle operator’s privileges for a period of three months from August 8, 1962.

The suspension was made under section 618(e) of The Vehicle Code of April 18, 1959, P. L. 58, as amended, on the ground that the secretary received notice of appellant’s conviction of speeding in New York State and after hearing before an examiner of the Bureau of Traffic Safety of the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue.
