—In an action, inter alia, to determine ownership of an antibody known as PHF-1 and the cell line which produces it, the defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Coppola, J.), dated June 23, 1997, which, inter alia, granted the plaintiffs motion for summary judgment on the complaint and denied *577her cross motion for partial summary judgment in her favor on the complaint and her counterclaims.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
