Appellant, Courtney Carnell Guy, appeals the order of the Garland County Circuit Court denying his motion to transfer his case to juvenile court. This interlocutory appeal is authorized by statute, Ark. Code Ann. § 9-27-318(h) (Supp. 1995). Jurisdiction is therefore properly in this court. Ark. Sup. Ct. R. 1-2(a)(12). We find no error and affirm the denial of the motion to transfer.
