(acting judge). Initially, there having been various preliminary motions filed in this canse prior to its coming on for trial and those motions having been ruled upon and disposed of in advance of this cause being tried, all such motions as ruled upon were and are considered the law of the case.

Plaintiffs brought their action in the Shaker Heights Municipal Court which has jurisdiction in the city of Shaker Height's, county of Cuyahoga, state of Ohio as well as other municipalities in said county. The defendant Warner, at all times herein referred to, was a resident of the city of Shaker…
