Plaintiffs filed action in the Akron Municipal Court against Sarah Avanelle Major, a minor, and Sarah Ellen Major, her mother, for damages arising out of a motor vehicle accident which occurred within the city limits of Akron, Ohio, *177and within the territorial jurisdiction of the Akron Municipal Court.
