In the instant action, Plaintiffs Shelley and Joe Federico (“Plaintiffs”) seek to sue Defendants Lincoln Military Housing LLC (“LMH”), Mid-Atlantic Military Family Communities LLC (“Mid-Atlantic”), LPC Property Management, Inc. (“LPC”) (collectively “Defendants”), and John Doe for alleged personal injury and property damages. Plaintiffs case was removed from state court to this Court, and this matter is currently before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion to Remand to state court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447.
