delivered the opinion of the court:
This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court entered upon a jury verdict of $55,000 returned in favor of the plaintiff. Although defendant raises numerous points on appeal, we need only consider one issue which we deem dispositive of the case. That is, did the exculpatory contract entered into by the parties insulate the defendant from the negligence alleged in the instant lawsuit?
We reverse.
