Appellant, Willis Jackson, brought an action in the circuit court of Lake County against First National Bank of Lake Forest, individually and as trustee, and John F. Leonardi, seeking damages for permanent injuries allegedly sustained through defendants’ negligence when appellant fell down an outside cellarway located at the rear of certain business premises in the village of Highland Park.
