MEMORANDUM OPINION ON DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS

This adversary proceeding relates to the Chapter 7 bankruptcy case filed by the Debtor Mark C. Royal (“Mark” or “Debt- or”). It is an action by the Chapter 7 Trustee as Plaintiff to recover proceeds from what is asserted to have been a fraudulent conveyance of Debtor’s interest in his former marital residence to Ann Carey, (the “Defendant” or “Ann”), the Debtor’s former wife.
