DOYLE, Judge.

Eugene Royal (Claimant) appeals from an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming the decision of a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) which had granted the petition of Mayfield Foundry, Inc. (Employer) to suspend Claimant’s benefits.

On July 22, 1993, Claimant injured his right shoulder and left finger while working as a foundry supervisor for Employer. Pursuant to an agreement for compensation, Claimant received temporary total disability benefits after undergoing surgery that rendered Claimant totally disabled during the winter of 1993-1994.
