Vincent T. Lee was found guilty of malice murder and possession of a firearm in the shooting death of Timothy Frazier. He appeals contending that the trial court erred in admitting a statement of the victim under the “necessity exception.” Although the admission of the statement was error, it was harmless beyond a reasonable doubt, and we affirm.
