This was an action for divorce and division of property. The appeal involves only the order of the court respect*462ing the division of the property. Plaintiff and defendant were married February 22, 1942. It was the second marriage for each of them. At the time of the marriage the defendant was living with his mother in a duplex which he had purchased, upon which was a mortgage of about $2,400 which he was paying in monthly installments.
