Plaintiff, Antonio G. Reyes, an inmate with the Illinois Department of Corrections (DOC), appeals the trial court’s dismissal of his petition for a writ of certiorari. Plaintiffs petition complained that defendants, DOC officials, failed to comply with certain administrative regulations while pursuing a disciplinary proceeding against him. We affirm.
