Nathaniel Brown sued American Hoist Derrick Company ("Amhoist"); Economy Baler Company of Ohio, a division of American Baler Company ("Economy/Ohio"); and Denbo Iron and Metals Products Company ("Denbo") for damages based on injuries he sustained on November 28, 1986, while "working . . . as a baler for Denbo."
