¶ 1. Elizabeth M. P appeals from orders of the circuit court denying her motion for immediate transfer from inpatient status to outpatient status and her motion for reconsideration of that decision. Elizabeth argues that the hearing pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 51.35(l)(e) (2001-02), 1 to transfer her to inpatient status, was held outside the mandatory ten-day time period and thus the circuit court was without jurisdiction. We agree and reverse the orders of the circuit court.
