MEMORANDUM OPINION

A. THOMAS SMALL, Bankruptcy Judge.

In this adversary proceeding Great American Insurance Company objects to the chapter 7 debtor’s discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(5). A trial was held in Raleigh, North Carolina, on August 29, 1986.
