The parties ■\vill be referred to as they appeared in the lower court. The plaintiff filed his petition on the 28th day of February, 191G, in which he .sought to quiet title to the southeast quarter of section 4, township 13 north, of range 14 east, of I. M., in Okmulgee county, Okla. In the petition it is alleged that he was enrolled as a three-fourths blood Creek Indian on the 20th day of June, 1899, and that the enrollment record shows that the plaintiff was at that time 11 years of age; and, further, that hei received as his, portion of the allottable land of the…
