Upon the settlement of the account of the substituted trustee, various objections are asserted thereto, which in part attack the legality of certain investments made by the trustee. The investments thus questioned were set forth in a prior account of the trustee filed in 1932 and supplemented in 1936, and thereafter judicially settled by a decree of this court dated the 21st day of October, 1942.
