Plaintiff Dale Wilson, a resident of Jackson, Tennessee, has filed a third complaint against numerous defendants. This latest complaint again arises from plaintiffs arrest on November 6, 1999, by Jackson police officers pursuant to a warrant obtained by an ex-paramour.
