This case came before the Court on November 29, 2006, for an evidentiary hearing on C and C Real Estate’s (“C and C”) “Motion for Attorney’s Fees, Costs, and Expenses Under Virginia Code§ 25.1-416 [sic],” and on December 13, 2006, for argument of counsel on the evidence previously presented.
