This is an original proceeding in habeas corpus. Petitioner alleges he is unlawfully restrained by the warden of the state penitentiary; that said restraint is based on a judgment of the district court of Murray county entered on January 15, 193'5; that said court was not in session at that time; that under the provisions of chapter 96, Sess. Laws 1933, House Bill No. 220, district 14, of which Murray county had been a part, was detached and became a part of district 19.
