ERICKSTAD, Chief Justice.

Donald Richmond appeals from the judgment of the District Court for Burleigh County, dismissing his complaint against Thomas Haney, the City of Bismarck, and Burleigh County. We affirm.

On March 29, 1990, Richmond, acting pro se, brought this action against Thomas Haney, the City of Bismarck, and Burleigh County, alleging, among other things, a claim for malicious prosecution.
