John H. Ford, 111, an Ohio resident proceeding pro se, appeals a district court order and judgment granting summary judgment to the defendants in his employment discrimination action brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq-., and § 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. This case has been referred to a panel of the court pursuant to Rule 34(j)(l), Rules of the Sixth Circuit. Upon examination, this panel unanimously agrees that oral argument is not needed. Fed. R.App. P. 34(a).
