This False Claims Act case is scheduled for trial before a jury beginning on March 5, 2018. Currently pending before the Court are ten motions in limine to exclude the opinions and testimony of seven experts proffered by the United States and three experts proffered by defendants Toyobo Co. Ltd. and Toyobo America, Inc. (collectively, "Toyobo"). At the request of the parties, the Court held a Daubert hearing with respect to one of Toyobo's proffered experts, Dr. Kazuyki Yabuki, on January 23, 2018.
