ORDER
Ajamu M. Kafele, proceeding pro se, appeals a district court judgment dismissing his civil action filed pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1692-1692o; the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act (OCS-PA), Ohio Rev.Code §§ 1345.01-13; 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985(3); the following criminal statutes: 18 U.S.C. §§ 241, 242, 1341, 1505, and 1623; and Ohio state law and Code of Professional Responsibility.
