(After stating the facts.) 1. No harm resulted to the plaintiff from the refusal of the trial judge to allow the amendment to her petition, the allegations of ‘ which needed no amplification. The only new matter sought to be introduced by way of amendment was the assertion that the company owed to her son the duty of providing a safe place at which he could alight; that it failed to observe this duty is not alleged.
