Donald Ringer, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was convicted of murder in the first degree for killing one Carl W. Moore on October 16, 1924, and, in response to the verdict fixing the penalty, was sentenced to suffer death. Alleging that there was prejudicial error upon the trial, the defendant has brought the record of his conviction to this court for review.
