ALBERT J. HENDERSON, Circuit Judge:

Morris Wayne Davis appeals his conviction by a jury in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida of four counts of making false representations in loan applications to a federally insured bank in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1014. 1 He was sentenced to two years imprisonment on each count, to be served concurrently.
