Plaintiff Larketta Randolph filed this putative class action against defendants Green Tree Financial Corp. and Green Tree Financial Corp. — Alabama (collectively, “Green Tree”) for alleged violations of the Truth in Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq. (“TILA”) and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1691 et seq. (“ECOA”). The district court ordered the parties to proceed to arbitration and dismissed the action with prejudice.
