The history of this case is as follows:

On October 26th, 1927, a bill for maintenance was filed. On the same day an order to show cause was advised, ordering the defendant to show cause why he should not be required to make an allowance for the support and maintenance of the complainant pending the suit, and also pay a counsel fee. This order to show cause was heard on November 22d 1927, and conclusions were filed, with the result that on the 5th day of December, 1927, an allowance was made for the sum of $50 per week for maintenance, and on the 21st day of December, 1927, the same was…
