Plaintiff David E. Palmer (“Palmer”) seeks review under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) of the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (the “Commissioner”) denying his claims for disability insurance benefits (“DIB”) under Title II of the Social Security Act (the “Act”), 42 U.S.C. § 401, et seq., and Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) under Title XVI of the Act.
