Plaintiff, Jerry Schwartz, brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“SSA”), Defendant William A. Halter (the “Commissioner”), denying his applications for Disability Insurance Benefits (“DIB”) and Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) under Titles II and XVI, respectively, of the Social Security Act (“Act”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 401-403, 1381-1383.
