OPINION BY

STEVENS, J.:

¶ 1 This is an appeal from the order entered by the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County denying Appellant’s first petition brought pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act (“PCRA”), 42 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 9541-9546. We find Appellant’s PCRA petition to be untimely, and, therefore, we affirm.

¶2 On September 19, 1991, Appellant pleaded guilty to two counts of robbery1 and two counts of conspiracy to commit robbery.2 Prior to the entry of the guilty pleas, on May 10, 1991, Appellant was convicted on an unrelated matter of murder in the first degree,3 murder in the second…
