Anorder having been entered in the superior court denying a petition that the Municipal Court of the City of Los Angeles be required to vacate its judgment theretofore rendered upon an undertaking, the petitioner appealed.

Said petitioner furnished its undertaking as surety upon appeal by one Earle Wilson from a judgment of the municipal court declaring him guilty of having violated the state statute forbidding the possession or sale of intoxicating liquor, and undertook that he would surrender himself in execution of judgment if affirmed or modified or should the appeal be dismissed, or in…
