Williams Natural Gas Company (“Williams”) appeals a district court order granting judgment to defendant/appellees. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

This dispute involves the interpretation of three long-term natural gas purchase contracts. Williams operates an interstate natural gas pipeline. In 1982, Williams1 *1221entered into a series of contracts to purchase natural gas from producers in Yuma County, Colorado.
